In order to progress and move forwards we often need to release the old ways of doing things. By becoming looser and more flexible physically, and quietening the noise in your mind, you’ll become more flexible in business and social interactions. Your communications with co-workers will improve as you learn to listen effectively.
Tai Chi helps you to let go mentally, physically and emotionally and open up to new possibilities and potentials.

"Michael Richards is an excellent group leader and motivator, building confidence in his trainees whilst constantly stretching them. He is very perceptive and is particularly adept at setting up personal challenges for individuals at their own level, even within a large group of mixed abilities. One-to-one, Michael is an exceptionally sensitive listener, who combines his clarity and unwavering logic with a good measure of humanity."
